Your order will be put on-hold status until our Team confirms payment via E-Transfer and once payment is confirmed our Team will begin processing your order and getting it ready for shipping.

  1. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days. Some exceptions apply. Exact delivery standards exist for every origin-destination combination. Find the specific delivery standard from your postal code to a Canadian destination.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Once your order has been shipped, our Team will send you a tracking number or you may use “Track my order” page located on the top right corner of this page to track your order.

You will receive a invoice via e-mail to the email that has been used to register your account with us.


Once you have successfully placed your order from our Shop at the final page you will receive the E-transfer payee information along with secret question and answer.

X.O Cannabis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as the shipper may need this for the claim. We also recommend taking pictures of any shipping defects as it helps with your claim.
